A whole in the wall (typically has the best food) and they're seafood is fresh! I had their two piece catfish basket and their shrimp fried rice. Listen, that shrimp fried rice is good. I'm from the Midwest and it's hard to find good fried rice out here.
Great service! Great Food! Reasonable prices! Fresh! Local! Very happy I found this place! I ordered the Shrimp fried rice large for $14.50, they even take the tails off. My friend ordered the fried mushrooms. Definitely coming back to this spot. Also, they have tables inside and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase.
Only crawfish joint I will make that 45+ minute drive for and that's saying something cause y'all can't drive any way . The crawfish is seasoned on point every single time and they're big and juicy!! Not again to say I come twice a week a month sometimes...
This is the best fried catfish I've ever had! It's always fresh, and seasoned to perfection. Very moist and melts in your mouth. Just the thought of it makes my mouth water!! The fried shrimp is very good as well. The place is clean and staff is extremely friendly and personable. There's normally a wait but that doesn't bother me one bit because it means that it's made fresh every time. If you're in a hurry and can't sit around to wait for it, you can always call ahead and place your order. The portions are big and the prices are very fair. Next time I will try the boiled shrimp and crawfish. I'm sure they will be just as great as everything else they serve.
Hole in the wall fish shop, with great prices. I got fried chicken and they were huge!! The french fries tasted freezer burned and the "salad" was just iceburg lettuce. The chicken was good I'd recommend trying other sides. We didn't have fish but it looked fresh.
I had their fried rice with 16 large shrimp. It was very good considering where it is located. Five stars for that smoky flavor you only get from actual FRYING at proper high heat. They do not use the highest quality rice but the entree is on point! If you do not like this fried rice, you must like that rice steamed in soy sauce in a wok that and flame that can not handle frying.
The business now is known as Belfort Seafood. Enjoyed the overall crawfish. It was very spicy, but rather on the small side. The front desk cashier was friendly and personable. Be prepared for a long wait time if you don't call your order in. Also parking is extremely limited. I'm a fan and will return soon.
